2025 JUNIOR TENNIS
The Winter Junior Tennis Program includes many levels of training. Additional clinics may be added to serve the needs of the junior tennis players training at Mystic Indoor Sports. We will accept and pro-rate enrollments throughout each session if space is available.
For the youngest players there are Red Ball and Orange Ball clinics (6y-9y), and Green/Yellow Ball clinics (10y-15y) to learn the fundamentals of tennis and start match play. There is a High School Training program that will prepare players for high school tennis and tournament play. The Pro-Select High Performance program is geared toward top level juniors in the area.
JUNIOR WINTER SESSION
January 6th - December 13th, 2025

(Ages 10-15)
MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS
5:00pm-6:00pm
Green Ball/Yellow Ball

These programs will be directed by Mike Abate, Sports Director and staff; George Crouse and Chris O'Brien will be involved in some of this training.. The focus will be on all aspects of the sport of tennis (strokes, footwork, strategy and tactics). There will be drills to improve technique, as well as point based play will all be incorporated into the daily routine. These training clinics will be beneficial for beginner to intermediate players. Advanced juniors would be best suited for the High Performance program that will take place on Tuesdays.


HIGH SCHOOL TRAINING
(Ages 12-18)
Tuesdays
3:30pm to 5:00pm
This program is for intermediate-advanced player willing to work hard to improve their game for tournament and high school play. There will be a fitness component that will require a desire to work hard each session.

PRO-SELECT HIGH PERFORMANCE
Tuesdays
5:00pm-6:00pm
This program is for advanced high school players and junior tournament players.
